• You will receive a welcome packet, including a detailed itinerary of the 2nd Annual Lemurian
Awakening “10-10” Tour on Oahu, upon receipt of registration and full payment of tour.

• Option I: $975 — all inclusive
• Option II: $705 — without hotel or complimentary breakfasts
• Full payment is due upon registration.
After September 8 through September 15:
• Option I: $1073 — all inclusive
• Option II: $776 — without hotel or complimentary breakfasts
• Full payment is due upon registration.
*Tour price is based on minimum 16 participants. If less than 16 participants,
price is subject to increase.

REGISTRATION/PAYMENT DEADLINE
• Must be received on or before September 1, 2009 September 15, 2009
CANCELLATION FEES
• 25% of tour price if cancelled within 60 days prior to tour, or by August 8, 2009
• 50% of tour price if cancelled within 30 days prior to tour, or by September 8, 2009
• 100% cancellation fee will be assessed if registration cancelled on or after September 9, 2009
