“I thought the buddy system was a brilliant idea to buddy up with a SWOL goddess as it really helped to feel connected with the process but also connection with such amaising people. Spirituality can be such hard work sometimes, particularly when shifting through some of the heavy emotional stuff. I’ve been feeling a bit lost since being back in my “normal” life as I know that I am different after my experience in Hawaii and that I am operating at a higher vibration, but trying to function in this 3D world is so difficult. It would have been good to have received a few pointers on how to go about daily life in 3D without lowering your vibration to do so – or something to that effect because I feel that the SWOL are such great examples of living the 10 principles but also of successfully living in the 3D world while being at a much higher vibration.” —Rosa
